Our Structure

The bodies of the main trade union organization are:
- General (delegate) meeting.
- Trade Union Committee (SC).
- Financial Control Commission
Each major trade union organization, a member of the Federation, has the right to:
- To participate through its representatives in the work of the bodies of the Federation.
- To submit its proposals and requests for consideration.
- To request information related to the activity of the Federation.
- To exercise control over the activity of the governing and executive bodies of the Federation.
- To recall its representatives elected in the bodies of the Federation.
- To be assisted by the management and the expert council of the Federation.
The main trade union organizations in the SPS build District Trade Union Structures or Trade Union Councils (SS).
Bodies of the Federation are:
- General Assembly / GA /.
- Management Board / MB /.
- President of the Federation.
- Central Financial Control Commission (CFCC).
The supreme body of the Federation is the General Assembly.
The President of the Federation has the following powers:
- Represents the Federation in the country and abroad.
- Convenes and chairs the meetings of the Management Board and the General Meeting.
- Manages the activity of the Federation in accordance with the current legislation and this Statute.
- Organizes and controls the implementation of the decisions of the General Assembly and the Management Board.
- Submits for consideration by the Management Board the draft budget and the staffing schedule of the Federation.
- Implements the budget and staff of the SPS in accordance with this Statute.
7. Appoints and dismisses the full-time employees of the Federation and negotiates their salaries. Negotiates the remuneration and other conditions of the legal relations of the part-time associates of the Federation and of the others
